Review Completion

This document covers the final steps of the review process, including signatures, confirmation, and post-review actions.


Overview

Review completion is the final stage where both participants confirm the review, provide signatures (if required), and the review is finalized for records. This document covers what happens after the interview phase.


Prerequisites for Completion

Before a review can be completed:

□ Evaluation submitted (Manager)
□ Interview phase completed (if configured)
□ Review locked by main evaluator
□ All required questions answered
□ Signatures collected (if required)

The Signature Process

When Signatures Are Required

If the campaign has "Require Signature" enabled:

Signature Order

The order of signatures depends on the workflow:

TYPICAL SIGNATURE FLOW

Option A: Employee Signs First

Refusing to Sign

When Refusal is Allowed

If the campaign has "Allow Signature Refusal" enabled, the employee can decline:

Reopening a Completed Review

When Possible

In some cases, completed reviews can be reopened:
