This document covers the employee experience for participating in performance reviews as the person being reviewed.


Overview

As an employee, you participate in performance reviews by completing self-evaluations, viewing your manager's feedback, and participating in the interview phase. The "My Reviews" section provides access to all reviews where you are the subject.

  • View all responses (yours and manager's)
  • Download PDF copy
  • Reference for future reviews

Tips for Employees

Before Starting
