Legacy permission profiles

Legacy access is based on named permission profiles and their rights matrix. A person may receive actions through more than one profile. Module relationships and workflow assignments can impose additional restrictions, so an administrator should review all applicable profiles before changing access.

Employee access

Legacy profiles and module rules can affect both the actions available to an employee and the records they can access. A menu entry alone does not establish permission to perform every action or see every record. Evaluator and committee assignments are separate workflow responsibilities.
